Not cheating. Carbs at 20 or below. Gym 3X a week. Not losing. Here are my measurements this week:
waist 39" -LOST 1/2"! bust 44" -LOST 1/2" hips 48" -LOST 1/2" upper arm 13 1/2" -LOST 1/2" Thigh 25" -LOST 1"
TOTAL LOST- 3" -OK, now I don't feel so bad that my weight isn't going anywhere!
