Again, missed my weigh in time. This time due to company. That will give me another week to work on making a difference.

Have a birthday event for my son on Sunday which includes dinner. His favorites, no shortcuts, all high fat. Chocolate on chocolate cake, etc. Love it... hate it lol. Good times.

I did go back on my FS and put in all the cals for my snow day with the tykes plus the next day when I had them because of a bomb threat at their school. Would you believe a bomb threat at an elementary school!! No bomb.It was a wonderful day with the boys.

Went to Applebees one day this week. Thought I was doing good until I entered the appetizer hot wings on FS. Thank goodness I shared them. But even my half was horrible in fat and cals! Obviously, I will never eat them again! I'm better off fixing hot wings at home! Only ate a small part of my entree, steak. Boxed most of it, made veg soup the next day with it. So proud of myself for that! Of course, didn't do dessert. Enjoyed watching my friend eating theirs. Who would have thought I could be that good! Patted myself on the back mentally. Overall a bad week for cals so just as well that I will weigh next Friday.
