calm your mind..set your intention..make it happen...

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday....I think it is Thursday...

So...I layed down in bed last night...thinking...first mistake...go to bed with clear mind....so laying in bed thinking how I want to start this month out....want to get more miles built up....as I’m laying there...time is moving on..I’m thinking..I gotta calm my mind...2.5 hours later....I finally get tired enough to close eyes for good...only to wake up to sound of cell alarm...was a short night....today makes day 5 of riding....as long as body doesn’t complain...let’s ride on...last year I was doing 30 days wit no days off...occasionally...I would break my streak....

Weight is down....heck it should be...took 2 whooshes yesterday...cleaned me out....got my fist of 2 shots tuesday...thought maybe it was reaction from that....but who knows...wasn’t the runs...just peanut butter texture...lol.....other then that and a sore shoulder still yesterday....today’s it’s fine...I’m fantastic....lol...

29.... this morning...wind chill 21.... by Sunday 70 s again...and warmer several days after....tshirts again...

Wanted to do 20 miles this morning....even got a new set of riding bibs out to break in....but my butt just can’t take sitting for 2 hours..even in anything but my recliner...lol....

Welp...need to refill water/electrolytes bottle for ride tomorrow hopefully....

Have a fantastic positive day..

Ty brew...i do my morning rides at end of a 17-18 hour fast..and i fast everyday..all the energy is amazing...i did do a gel this morning at mile 12...cause i could tell i needed some help getting the final miles..

What helps me clear my mind so I can sleep is one of those nature sounds timed apps. I have the Sleep Pillow app. There's also a free cat purr app. I can time the apps to turn off after a certain number of minutes.
