Gonna tell my BF that I am leaving him, one pound at a time - have lost 17 pounds in the 18 months that we have been seeing each other! Not sure he will find that funny...
Went walking this morning - two miles in 45 minutes. Up and down hilly roads, so a little tough. Plus my friend walks crazy fast. I know it's good for me so I just try to keep up with her.
Watching what I eat but still eating too much to be losing fast. Ah, well. Slow and steady wins the race! If I keep up my current pace of one pound a month, I will be down to 145 by Christmas.

Took me a second but that funny. Calories in, calories out, eat low calorie high density foods, 30-40 minutes of medium state cardio a day, you’ll get there. If you’re not dropping weight you’re eating too many calories.
