Waking weigh in of 216.8 after a day with a 1000 calorie deficit. Will continue on this track, adjusting my intake to my expendature (minus 1000) each day this month. I WILL outlast my stubborn body! : )

UPDATE:

Will be adding my IIFYM macros back into the mix for March. For the last ten days of February, I adjusted them to 70 grams of fat, 220 protein, 120 carbs, and 42-53 fiber (totalling 1990 calories). I will retain these numbers with the following twist: I will attempt to hit the fat, protein, and fiber numbers. Then, depending on how many calories I have left based on my 1000 calorie deficit formula described above, I will eat that amount of carbs. If I hit my fat and protein numbers exactly, that's 1510 calories. So if my activity level allows me to eat 1600 calories, I will attempt to restict the carbs to 90. If my activity level allows me to eat 2000 calories, then I can eat 490 calories of carbs. Will begin IIFYM macro tracking again tonight. That is all. : )

You've got to be the hardest working person on this site. Between coordination, documentation and fulfilling obligations required of your current plan, you exhaust me. I do hope you accomplish your goals. I envy your perseverance.
