I'm off the 'system' for a bit while the ankle heals. I'm not able to take my hikes and the cast throws the 'value' of the weigh-in off course but I'm keeping up the rest of my regimen. When the little gals try to ply me to buy their Girl Scout cookies I just hand them a twenty and tell them it's to cover their 'testing of the product to ensure freshness for their buyers.' Thrills them to pieces and prevents the cookies from going to waist, mine. :P You're doing get, stay the course, I'll be back in the thick in a few weeks. Alas, I doubt if I'll have lost what I'd have liked but that's just part of the challenge.

Sorry. Sometimes I don't have time to journal,read or comment ,I just enter my food but when I have time,I do have my say. All is good here,just spending time with loved ones that are finding it difficult to care for themselves right now. Thanks for checking on us all tho' :D its nice to be missed.
