Still recovering from Reverse Shoulder Replacement. 1st night was fine, but the 2nd night was not fun 🤩 Medicine had completely gone bye, bye!!

Also, lost 2lbs, of course I wasn’t too hungry 😋

Cool! Hope you feel better w/PT sessions. I keep a CBD Vaping pen or 2 or 3 around for just in case pain. I also have Sativa flower to roll & puff. And, in the fridge, I have Corona Hard Seltzer cans & J.D. Downhome punches: watermelon, Peach, Cherry, etc. In case of emergency pain(s), I just indulge. I also have 800 mg of Ibuprofen standing by.

OK. That is a surprise !!! I have read about your upcoming surgery and was wondering what could that be but i could never think of an orthopedic one and especially a shoulder replacement !!! All those super high intensity and variant workouts, i wonder how could you do them with a shoulder in need of a replacement. It is not even a month since you were doing monkey bars !!! Three years ago it was the ankle. Now the shoulder. I have no doubt "You will be back". As soon as possible. You are a child of Aries, born for action.

Good for you! Once I had hip replacement surgery and got through the initial recovery, I am pain free. Good luck for the future

T67, arthritis caught up to me and practically dissolved the ball. So basically moved the ball to the other side and reduced the arthritis for the socket. Give me 8 months, and I’ll be back on those monkey bars!! 😎😎
