Happy 😃 happy 😃....Wednesday....

Although I love my new trainer...I’m beginning to think..it’s gonna be the death of me....I’m able to ride courses in zwift I wasn’t able to a year ago because I could only use so many gears without chain coming off....this one is belt driven and so quiet....I’m enjoying the workouts more...even though I’m totally exhausted after this ride...at 70 minutes today...had to do 1/2 of a sis gel...was outta go...still had part of course to do....wanted to finish course....get an accomplishment for completing it....so my fast ended at 17.5 hours today...hate using gels..but sometimes it’s necessary....to finish....

Sun was out yesterday...started melting our 12 inches...even though it’s not up to 30 yet...it did melt some of it....right now at 645 am...it’s 6 above...no wind....heat wave...lol....

Well...gonna crawl outta recliner...change outta riding bibs....then head to kitchen...I’m ready for refeed time....

Ty ches...from may 2020 - aug 2020...i took a vacation from riding and eating clean...back to basics and what works best for me

I i use to think it was about diet...but kno i kno its cico...plain and simple..figuring out what your body burns...i workout in morning..burn rest of day...

You did the Muie Village Loop?! Thats awesome. A flight of stairs beats me up right now. Either direction, that climb to the top of the loop is brutal.

bobblanc32...at the time i chose the route..and seen 512 elevation..i figured it wpuld be a climb...ive rode it before..but been a while back..it was a challenge for sure

Ooh read the new addition to your bio- I remember the horrible accident you had when you came off your road bike and the slow recovery- good luck with the indoor biking

ty gaelicgal...yes it took time to recover from that wreck in 2018...but now i ride only inside...much safer...witj my vision loss
