No evening weigh in tonight. Went out to a late lunch and a movie. Enjoyed Veal Parmigiana and even some spaghetti and some vino. Then enjoyed popcorn and malted milk balls at the movies. Was over my macro targets in carbs and fat before dinner. Needed protein, though, so had three shakes to get my numbers up and a little Fiber One cereal for fiber. Will have to go try to zero out carbs tomorrow and eat half of my macros on fats.

My targets: 70 fat, 197 carbs, 42-53 fiber, 220 protein, 2306 cals
Today ate: 96 fat, 441 carbs, 40 fiber, 220 protein, 3616 cals
Running avg: 74 fat, 226 carbs, 44 fiber, 221 protein, 2511 cals
