Waking weigh in at 215.6 after going over macros and calories for Super Bowl. Had not hit my protein targets by the end of the day so I stuffed in the protein shakes. Was uncomfortably full. Will now do a Monday adjustment day but with a twist... Will attempt to adjust each macro. So very few carbs or fats today, but all the protein and all the fiber (which, by the way, is doing its job.. 'Nuff said). Going to do IIFYM my way, which is to adjust as necessary to hit the ideal numbers as an average.

The tv special on racer Malcolm Durham came out great, but was rather short. If was a segment on a newsmagazine that had two other spots as well. They used about 20 percent of the interview I did. But if you want to see your pal gabbing for a few minutes, here is the link...
