Philbakes - Hello. From ‘Health.Harvard.Edu’ Just a basic few ... Nuts like almonds, walnuts. Fruits ‘—- berries’, orange. Veggies the dark leafy kinds ‘spinach’. Fish, the fatty kind like salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines 😄
