Happy 😃 happy Tuesday...

And so another day starts...but no ride or workout today....I get a day off...one of them ..I didn’t have to think about it...mind and body was in agreement...as soon as I got outta bed this morning...

And I already kno it’s gonna be a lazy day...always is when I take a day off...be lots of naps thru out the day...not like I don’t sleep at night...fitbit said I was asleep in 18 minutes last night...since I been meditating more..my sleep has improved along with being more positive about life and what goes on around me...

Gotta go to walmart today...yesterday was pouring down rain when I usually go....yes I was afraid I’d melt...boy that’s gonna make a mess....and wouldn’t have a good reason to be here everyday...lol...so trip to walmart...and stop at dq on way home...get my dq fix....while I’m out....

Welp....empty mind....guess that means journal is done for day....

Back from walmart..and dq..lol..its gone...mmmm good...42 outside with a cold wind from the north....did i say cold wind...went right thru me...nice to b back inside again.....

Love the nap and DQ part...( I would go to Walmart as an excuse to go DQ...🤣). I also love that you are tapping into the "me" time on your day off. Good for you!

I was on scales while ago...its reading what it did this morning..no gain..as for hills on zwift...the hills give your legs more strenght..i use to hate hills...but hills keep it interesting..

5659 feet in elevation...just this month so far...165 miles so far...first month of the year...as months go by...all that will add up
