Happy 😃 happy rainy Monday...

Was freezing rain ahead of rain...glad it changed over...

Only 8 miles today....should of been a day off....watopia....they added some new turnoffs to the courses eas on...so my ride was all over the map...lol...

Watched story of Van Halen on prime yesterday....freebie section...nothing on tv anymore...also watched half of ZZ Top..but they wasn’t that great...they sang their hits...then songs I never heard..lost interest....

Stepped on scale....it was smiling...might record it....another week...end of month....I been recording every 30 days or so...as weight seems to be like a piece of stone...a chip at a time...lol

Won’t be long ground hog be making his appearance....let me guess....6 more weeks of winter...lol

Since I’ve gone back to doing my zwift ride/workout in a 19 hour fasted state...I feel better thru my workout....before when I was taking in snacked to keep sugar levels and energy levels up...after ride...I was feeling wore out more....
