OK, nearly tripled my daily intake with an over the top indulgence day. Did a 735 calorie workout in PARTIAL pennance, and sucked it up and got on the scale at the end of the day to see the damage. Looks like four pounds... official weigh in tomorrow will go UP from my recent 210.6. Will try to get back down by the end of the month. Here are the numbers...

I bet your body casts that excess off in a day or two. I think that when you have one day so far higher than normal, that your body just expels a bunch of the excess as unnecessary.

Which program are you going to do: Mifflin or Lean Mass? Trying to figure out my macro calculations.

I'm use the fat percentage given to me when I had a compression test done last June and I was at 28% then and 20lbs. heavier. So I have no idea what to put down for myself. Ditto on the loose skin.
