Día 11. Vamos bien con las comidas, aunque hoy he metido la pata por no pensar. Las tortillas para las fajitas eran integrales, y con eso me di por satisfecha. Pero cuando ya me estaba comiendo una, se me ocurrió mirar los ingredientes en el paquete: pura KK! Un ultraprocesado en toda regla, a evitat. En fin. La segunda ha sido sólo el relleno.
6000 pasos, los últimos 1500 trotando por el dormitorio mientras escuchaba un podcast de Fitness Revolucionario sobre la menopausia, muy interesante!

Day 11. Doing well with the meals, although today I messed up by not thinking. The tortillas for the fajitas were wholemeal, and I was satisfied with that. But when I was already eating one, it occurred to me to look at the ingredients on the package: pure rubbish! An ultra-processed product to be avoided. Well, that's it. The second one was just the filling.
6000 steps, the last 1500 running around the bedroom while listening to a Fitness Revolucionario podcast about menopause, very interesting!

Doing well! I too have found some "fiber filled, healthy" wraps to just be trash. I'd rather have limited ingredient home made food if possible for sure!!!

I'm a label too. I agree, some so-called healthy alternative foods are junk loaded with added chemicals and worst...

Indeed, John and Melissa. Manufacturers strive to put "whole", "fiber" or "sugar-free" in the packaging, but they are ultra-processed products as well. What bothers me in this case is that I know that the ingredients of these fajitas are not healthy, but my brain somehow wanted to forget it
