I hope everyone is warm and cozy...snowstorms in the East, frigid temperatures here in the Northland! Burns calories going outside and shivering to stay warm!
Today I had Trader Joe's "Cowboy Caviar" which is a black bean and corn salsa! The name makes me laugh...but is a delicious one tablespoonful on scrambled eggs!
Working out three to four times at my favorite gym, and being rigid about weighing and measuring food. I am trying hard and seeing myself getting more fit and stronger; but the Idiot Box is hovering around the same weight.
