Good day, everyone! I'm up and dressed for work. At 10 am, I've been in three meetings....WHY??????? However, I'm really calm and focused, taking notes and drawing hearts and stars. :) I'm looking forward to my evening workouts. I have set a timer to remind me to get up and move. Be well, everyone.
