Welcome to Motivational Monday! How are your home workouts going???

A workout website was suggested to me - darebee.com and WOW! 1500+ FREE workouts you can tailor to whatever you want! (just use the filters). For anyone - I am currently doing the "Better than Nothing" LOL little routine. This site seems to be for any fitness level, any length of time, with timers, circuits & challenges. Also they have a Youtube channel that shows the movements.

I have a tiny workout space (like 3ft x 3 ft) but I can do most everything! Getting ready for gym this Spring-Summer. I mostly walk right now with a few weights; I need to get into more cardio with my dvds & Youtube.

Ok. I’ll bite. Present workout is as follows: Stationary bike - 15 mins daily. I use it to warm up ankles. (Building back from 2 broken ankles). No worries about intensity just do whatever I feel like. Treadmill - 45 mins brisk walk at varying grades on program. Max 6% but will be increasing to max 8% likely next week. I usually play with the speed for entertainment as well. Stretch- about 10 mins. Do stretching and some push-ups on the wall. Will also be adding rowing machine reps soon. Generally I’m on 5/7 schedule. Usually I’m done mid morning but looking at doing early right outta bed. Was watching Dr Oz yesterday and the consensus was early before eating. I don’t want to go much more than an hour daily as I have a habit of being obsessive. Much as I say no more than an hour the reality is that really it’s almost 2 hrs of my day. Will work at increasing intensity but not time to get er done.

I've been using the Fiton app. all free workouts too! I'm a newbie so it's tough

Happy people are enjoying Darebee! That's an impressive regime, Onamissio - Hope I will be that kind of dedicated by 2022! Thank you for the Fiton suggestion, MouthofSauron - I will check it out! :)
