Nice, Bill. Hope you see a nice loss in the AM. :D Not quite Syrian, but probably pretty close--there's a place near where I work that I think is Palestinian (not sure though), called "Pita House". Mmmmm, the food is so good. They have some great shawarma, and other meats, falafel, hummus, baba ganouj. Mmmm, good stuff. Reasonably healthy too, if you're careful. I love that place. Glad you had a nice day, and still curbed calories nicely. WTG, Bill! :D

I've only just started recording my food intake and exercises...This is a good way to stay on track, that's for sure, and to be able to keep an eye on what's working and not working. Was being lazy before, not tracking, but I see why it's so vital when you're trying to make a definite commitment to a lifestyle change. Good luck going forward, Draglist...God bless!
