Up to 217.8 this morning as my bod digested that prime rib, wine, and dessert overnight. Ate cottage cheese and a sausage and egg muffin at noon and 4pm, and feeling great. On my way home. Will do my weight lifting workout then a weigh in, and then something super light for dinner. Have a great night!
