Still at 214.4 just like this morning, but other Tanita numbers coming back into line. Did an adjustment day on calories but did not work out, so did not add additional calorie burn. Might drop a few more by morning.

1/06/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, 3 hours after lunch:

Weight - 214.4
Total body fat pct - 18.5 (that's more like it but who knows if it's real?)
Total body water pct - 57.2 (back up a few)
Visceral fat rating - 10 (that's better...)
Muscle mass lbs. - 166.2
Physique rating - 6
Bone mass lbs. - 8.6
Daily Calorie Intake - 4111 (2310 BMR)
Metabolic age - 30 (climbing back down... just call me Benjamin Buttons)

how do you get all those numbers?

Hi, Judy. He has a "Tanita BC533 Glass Innerscan Body Composition Monitor" (you can get one at Amazon for about $90). Hey Bill, that's great that the numbers are coming back together! And those numbers still fit with you being at about 195 and 10% BF, as you mentioned earlier. Perfect. Nice smooth line downward. Keep up the great work, sir! :D

For consistent readings I always weigh myself the first thing in the morning prior to any food or liquid intake. I think weighing in the afternoon can fluctuate the readings due to varying food intake during the date.

Hi Benjamin Buttons! you make me smile just reading your post!:) your bone mass went down? i think that visceral fat, muscles mass, bone mass and water % all related. very good numbers you have there!
