High calorie day - will blame DH coming home from Georgia. But it was relatively low carb so should be able to easily shift back into normal eating mode tomorrow.

Excellent on the low carbs. I consistently find that a challenge and find that I really have to plan to get my protein high - but it seems to be working. Keep up the great work!
