🧣Welcome to Motivational Monday! With the time change, ⏰, it's time to change! In 9 weeks, it will be the first Monday of 2021. Do you feel ready for a new year? I know all of us will be very happy to say goodbye to 2020; I am in planning/resolutions mode today! I feel like I am drifting - not achieving anything, and want to get some results. A friend of mine said she is "lost" & I feel that. To get "unlost", I need some direction, some really specific goals.I am tired of being in a struggle with my weight - time to get focused! Any advice for this?

SMART goals (picture) are used by medical professionals. A good article discussing using SMART goals for fitness:

Wishing you a successful week with a solid diet/exercise plan & good results! 💪🥗❤️

Haha the Smart goals is a huge component of Project Management, you can apply to anything you want to accomplish. A huge part of weight loss in my view is planning, and once you have the goal, it’s all execution :) you’ve got this!
