Haha, it isn't hard to do. When I do leg press with 700 for example, in one minute I can do 10,500 pounds. I don't rest very much. From one exercise to the next. :D

Lat.dumb.raise 60lbs×45 ?! All those today and previous days best sets are unbelievable ! And you train this way DAILY ?!

I don't even put my lifts because I don't want to put Diablo to shame. It would be 30# each hand I assume- or it wouldn't be a very accurate count. Anything with dumbbells would be 1/2 that in each hand. Or were you kidding and I am explaining for no reason when I need to be cleaning the house?

I would be proud to put my lifting except squats. I just don't know what the normal person squats but I suck at it. I somehow feel like since I'm so heavy on leg press and not too shabby with extensions and curls- and just the fact that I have walked my obese ass around in an upright position that I would be squatting a ton- but maybe I don't have great form? IDK- Will have to look into it more.

I like adding the calf raises to my workout for the sheer boost in total weight. Alternatively, trx rows/dips do very little for my total weight lifted number.

Yeah- I get the whole PR thing but I am a comparer at heart and need to be better than others at whatever I can be... sometimes that is eating an entire pizza or getting the highest score on a test or lifting more. LOL... depends on my mood. Today's mood is to eat the most candy.

I am adding both dumbells up the same way I do them on any other lift.

And many sets are a combined rest pause of either 2 or 3 sets. When I put the dumbbells down, I enter all reps done on a single set. It would be a chore to make new sets for each short rest. Tasso, yes, daily. This app is helping me push myself more so I may take a rest day soon.

DP you can beat me on squats I bet. I think I was at like 95# at the most. And not many reps at that lol. The other day my teenager was bragging so I said hop on! She jumped on my back so hard it almost knocked me down. On the third squat with her on my back I couldn’t get back up and sat down haha. So I can squat 140# twice when irritated and wanting to prove to my kid I’m NOT old and can squat more than my body weight when needed. Would I try that in the gym? Heck no lol. I’m used to doing that with 88# middle kid who feels super light and she jumps on so easy it doesn’t even move me.
