Today is our Thanksgiving Dinner. I'll try to be good, all planned out including dessert, but no guarantees I won't go over a bit! Just dinner alone, as it stands, is just over 1000 calories! oh well, once a year, right? (Until Christmas...) This is my Spatchcocked (Butterflied) turkey!
