Woke at 235.3, up 2.0 from yesterday. I binge-watched some late-night TV last night (The Good Place) and snacked on a jar of giardiniera and a bag of pork rinds (plus a few drinks). That used up a lot of my calorie budget for today. I will stick with protein and veggies to try to stay on track. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner (after protein coffee at 11 am). Got to 233.9 by 5 pm.

That would be salt weight it sounds like. Have not watched the two last seasons of the Good Place but I will. It appeals to my sense of humour for sure. Good luck today and enjoy!!!!

Liv is right I weighed yesterday and I had eaten Chinese food I gained three pounds so its just fluid sweat it out and drink water,coffee or tea without sugar just straight you might already know that but just encase you didn't that might help take it off be blessed
