Back to 216.5 after the weekend and one fast day. Another fast day today and then we eat out tomorrow night. Then one more fast day to round out the month. Finally achieved exactly 1000 average calorie deficit per day as of yesterday. Stay warm out there!

It's only 26 lbs until Christmas. That's six weeks, maybe 7. How much is that to lose per week - let me get my calc out - mmmm 5 lb a week. That is a lot but I am sure you can make a mighty good stab at it. I have been pissing about for far too long. I think I must have a mental block about losing weight. I would think about that but I am kinda tired of the whole thing. I feel like Yoda - either lose weight or do not - there is no try :) See you tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be back in my usual good humour.
