Fast day two pays off with a 214.3 weigh in. But I caught a cold! Sucks, but I'll survive. Ate a can of Progresso Santa Fe Chicken soup. Only 160 calories, so that works.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 50.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you are sick, and hope it doesn't amount to too much. Look at the weight drop. You are definitely working it. Feel better. If you are sick enough, you won't be that hungry so could drop another few pounds. Always looking for the silver lining :) Will see what your weigh in is today, Thursday.
