walked 4.17 miles..had possible TIA over weekend..started on 9-11 on a treadmill...double vision only symptom..but nurse friend said go to ER now..BP very high.....all tests negative...no bleed..but it really shook me up..did 5 tests related to possible TIA...MRI, MRA (yep..they can make an MRI worse...add dye..) a CAT scan, an Echo cardiogram and a carotid test and of course tons of blood work... Had rising troponin even though no evidence of anything cardiac...so friends..I had no food those 2 days in hospital or not much..weighed 129 at check in...and weighed 125 yesterday..so am back on the straight and narrow of Fat Free vegan..going back down to 113 quick to see if I can get BP back down in normal range.. and had a call from Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn who is truly Bill Clinton's doc..Esselstyn wrote Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease.....I had written Dr. E after this even asking how well FF vegan works for strokes...and of course its all the same system...strokes occur when a small clot breaks off and blocks something in the brain...so to all my fellow sufferers out there with food and weight issues ..I would say time is ticking while we are making plans...or while we are busy being angry over politics, or whatever the hell is making us crazy...STOP IT...Am now on a media blackout...and I was a very heavy consumer of media..not social media...newspapers ..but all it does is break your heart or make you enraged...so all we can do it vote, be kind to each other, disagree agreeably, and stay on our food plans...
