going up, going down, going up. 2 lb up 2 lb down..did walking today. walked close to 6 miles. still sticking to keto..finding it hard to drink so much water. i just am not a water drinker. because of the walking tried to compensate loss of calories by eating some hotdogs mayo and some bacon. i will know tomorrow.
for supper, having zucchini, mushroom and a small piece of baked cod...

Not sure what you are expecting, weight goes up and down each day so taking a daily number is deceiving. Better to create a weekly average and look to see that number decrease over time. IF and OMAD for sure will work. Stay focused and eat only healthy low sugar foods

I’m at the same weight as your start weight , would you be willing to share your daily calories? I think I’m eating way to little.

I get frustrated because of all the people who make comments about how fast they lost their weight.think if I keep on how I am doing and only weigh myself once a week i will be better. Thanks for your input..already lost about 12 lb.in a month...

Well, it's just food and water weight. i don't worry about too much about 2lbs. On a good day my food and water weight brings me up and down almost 4lbs. I don't count real weight loss until it's even 5lbs

I’m on a roller coaster too. I have lost the same two pounds 3 or 4 times.

I weigh every day and also get frustrated by the ups and downs. My goal is 8 pounds a month and I need to remind myself that so far I'm meeting that on a monthly basis. If not, I might give up hope when I have weeks like this one where I'm fighting the same two pounds over and over.

weight naturally fluctuates daily. You need to weigh yourself daily in the morning after you pee and before you eat/drink anything. log the weight of each day and then work out the average weight for the week. so you're only looking at the weekly average weight, not your daily weight

I fluctuate as well, sometimes as much as three pounds either way. I have added protein to every meal now and the difference is showing. Not just on the scale but in how my clothes fit. 💙

I’m not a water drinking either but I bought a water bottle with more of a spout instead of a straw, and I find it easier cause I just chug it and get it over with. I do it a few times a day and it helps!

Follow Jordan Syatt fitness on IG or FB. He explains all this stuff. And has helped me so much because I have a binge eating disorder. He also suggests not eating the calories you’ve lost for exercise because most of the time the things telling you how many calories are gone are not accurate.
