Feeling munchy? especially after dinner? 7:00pm -10:00pm is the worst. I eat a couple of celery sticks stuffed with full-fat Philadelphia cream cheese, or a Tablespoon of crunchy natural (no sugar) peanut butter. I try to keep in in my mouth as long as possible and savour the taste and texture, it helps hold back the cravings, or 4-5 baby carrots dipped in a tablespoon of Hellman's Olive Oil mayonnaise (no sugar), the crunch is so satisfying. Last thing before bed is a mug of hot water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. I'm not losing very fast or very much but I'm not gaining back either. Good health everyone!
