Sore muscles and a few extra salty calories. Hoping for a long walk today.

hey Melissa. blessings to you and your awesome family. it's encouraging to see you handle all that is thrown at you and still maintain that incredible physique you have. (hope that didn't come across inappropriate. just your level of fitness is amazing.)

Thank you so much HCB and #One! Life is filled with trials at times, and I'm trying so hard to not sooth my feelings with food. It is a lesson I really need to learn. #One, your kind comments are so appreciated. I felt so vulnerable posting those pictures of myself a while back I guess I needed to hear I was doing ok, but I also wanted to challenge myself to never stop working. My weights are feeling lighter and my reps are becoming more. We just have to keep trudging! Sometimes the journey is harder, but that doesn't mean we turn around and go back. That would just make us feel worse! Blessings to your and your babies!

Totally get that. Thankfully I've exchanged the food stuffing for gym time. Maybe self punishment is a way for me to cope. I also get the vulnerable feeling. I still have mixed feelings about posting my pics. But yet I do it. IDK why. I'll pull it if someone complains. Life is goofy currently. Seems to be a trend for so many I encounter. Stay strong. I appreciate you and your husband. Thank you.

No one could complain about your picture posting. If they did, you are commanded to post more! 😁 We are all just supposed to be supporting each other on this journey at whatever stage we find ourselves! We are all learning and growing in some area!
