Thanks for your comments yesterday. I am doing much better today. Started withdrawal yesterday and managed to stay under 20 net carbs today. And, as a bonus, I even got my walk in!

Will weigh myself tomorrow morning and report the damage.

Great job! Sometimes we all have off days. I know I made low carb chili and it was so good I ate it until I was way over on calories and carbs. LOL. Low carb don't mean no carb and I wasn't tracking it. When I do really bad, I do a fat day to get me back on track. You can do this!

ClassicRocker - I sure hope you are right. So depressing to think I weigh 12 pounds more than I did last year - with no one but myself to blame.

Hey Buffy.. we wouldn't have all these great friends if we could stay on the straight and narrow. Who would need FS and all the encouragement we get if we weren't human? ... I lost the same 4oz. BUT I'm almost down to last years low. . . I'm going for another lb this week...... It's raining.. Yay. The desert needs it. {{{BIG HUGS}}}
