Woke at 231.7, down .4 from yesterday. Did my weights workout and got to 231.3. Starting with protein coffee. Rainy, rainy day here. UPDATE: Got to 231.0 before dinner. Ate steak and then Denise ordered Chinese food, so I ate some beef and broccoli.
