Just 10 lbs can make such a huge positive difference, I end up feeling happier and healthier when that happens :)

I started about two weeks ago. I have stuck to under 1000 calories a day. My biggest issue was pop. Thats all i ever drank. I completely cut that out. That was probably the hardest part 😂. I also wrote out my workout routines so i know what im going to do everyday.
