OK, so we may be onto something here. Had a ridiculous, over the top lunch yesterday. Took me up to 4200 calories plus for the day and up to an average of 1546 for the month. But lost .2 pounds to get down to 220.6. It's very possible I have not been eating enough. Will continue to add calories and try to limit carbs.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 47.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
