Woke at 230.8, up 2.0 from yesterday. Started with weights and black coffee with heavy whipping cream. Last day of the month and pretty close to my goals. UPDATE: Ate a wrap for lunch and then weighed in at 5 pm. Got to 231.1. Will start a new month tomorrow and will attempt to get deeper into the 220s.
