My husband just informed me that he wants me to pick up BoJangles Fried Chicken and Seasoned Fries on my way home from picking up the grandkids. Resisting the chicken isn't hard because it is too spicy for me and they don't have the Mild Tenders anymore - but those fries! The kids and I usually eat about half of them on the drive home in the car. Gotta remind myself to stay away!

oh well bojangles huh I hope you can work it out and find a way to do whatever it is u need to do...which is probably resist the fries!

I did it! I resisted the BoJangles chicken and fries AND the Perdue Breaded Chicken Tenders I made for the kids. Had Boiled Eggs and Bacon for lunch.

Debbie, there’s room for that friend! Fried chicken actually has a lot of fat and protein 🤗😋😋 it’s the fries lol, moderation and you can still come in with nice Keto numbers friend! It’s one day💜💚
