Planned out today's food and am doing ok so far, I have a half a can of tuna to eat later if I am hungry before bed but might not.
Doing high protein low carb this week, meaning ratios will be about 40 grams each of fat and carbs and then 65 to 75 grams of protein. I havev to find something better than tuna but I might just look into adding some good flavors to the tuna, like lemon juice and pepper, or some of the other commercial combos, just gonna make them at home.
I put half of my lavender muffins into the freezer, and all the bread is in the freezer, so will only have those as part of the overall plan. The muffins I made are fairly low carb (they are small) so I can have them as a snack and feel like I am being good. I put too much lavender in them and not enough lemon but that is fine with me, just had to get over the idea of soap although they don't really taste like soap to me!
I did not get exercise today. Maybe I will check out the treadmill for 15 minutes or something. Probably not, the weather has been so muggy I am not motivated to get moving at all!
Right now, I am motivated about being in the yellow zone! Gotta stay there and head on over to green! (?)
