Obesity clinic weigh-in this morning: 125.2kg (276.02 pounds) Hoorayyyyy!!!! Last weigh-in there was in Feb (282 lbs), so am happy to be moving in right direction again. Been craving Chinese food, so had a portion-controlled serving of Wong Wing's frozen selections. Did the trick (yikes, so much sodium & so many carbs!) but knew I would gorge if I went to a mall shop (Manchu Wok). Carried a heavy load of groceries home (meat & veg) in beautiful 31C heat, so feel like I got my sweat on LOL. Have an awesome Tuesday, everyone!
125.2 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
