💖Welcome to Motivational Monday! Final week of July; I know I haven't been working on my summer challenges but I am plugging away, doing the basics, and the pounds are finally dropping a bit. It does help that I don't feel so hungry in the heat. 🥗

Today, give yourself a big hug! 🤗 This whole weight loss journey is about regaining health, right? Do you overfeed your loved ones: family, children, friends, or pets? Why, then, would you overfeed yourself? Only love is love; food is just fuel to live your best life. I get it: there can be dopamine hits & comfort, but that's feeding a psychological void, not fuelling the body. Trust me, I know how I got to 355 pounds! Please love yourself to health, my friends. 💟
