My computer cord got broken yesterday, so I'm having to Journal from my phone. Thankfully, the new cord should be here today. Yesterday's eating was even worse than "usual!" Every bad thing I ate, I ate TWICE. I'm beginning to lose hope that I'll ever get back on track.

Try to think back to the thought that made you pick up the bad things that you're trying to cut out.............. Recognizing what made you want to pick it up in the first place will help you to avoid picking you up in the future. #knowyourtriggers

I have faith that we will over come this. My recent insite was during a discussion with my sister about the weird dreams and lack of control we've both been experiencing. Not having a concrete "future" as a society is definitely undermining us on a subconscious level. One of our friends has sent me a workbook on dealing with stress and anxiety her therapist has her using. If you are interested in the title, send me a pm.

I had that kind of day yesterday. I went for a long walk this morning and that helped to refocus and reset. You can do this!

l definitely feel you here, l felt let down by myself when l did that but giving myself one cheat day worked for a while then one turned into 2 and 3 so be careful.....l have been on this keto diet today is my 4th day l know in french they said anything new is beautiful but, l feel it is doing an awesome job, l feel alive l feel like it is working, and it helps when you lose a tooth on the opposite side you already are missing one lol yes yesterday driiving l felt some thing and it was my filling....but instead of thinking oh forget this and eat all soft fatty foods. l got my food processor out and all that veggie sald l took and minced it, which this meant my food would be properly be chewed and l could eat it. I made 3 scrambled eggs and ate the mush and it tasted delicious believe it or not ......anyways l said all that to say don't give up think of at the long run how great you will feel not only about yourself but how you look and feel inside.....good luck

I can certainly understand where you are, Debbie; I start out the week with the best intentions, then Wham! I forget my goal and give in to the sweets. You CAN get back on, because beginning on Monday, I decided I had enough of this yo-yo dieting, and so far, it's working. Don't give up.
