19michael55, my biggest cheerleader, put this pile of weights on the floor this morning and had me pick it up - it is approximately how much I've lost. I used to carry that around with me EVERY DAY with EVERY SINGLE STEP. No wonder I feel so much better and move so much more easily. Thank you to everyone for sharing your stories and for your support.
