Went for my mammogram this morning- a bit overdue from Covid. She said last time I was there I weighed 215 but she could see all my muscles 💪🏻💗 and needed me to update my weight. Assuming there are no abnormal findings- it would be the best mammogram I ever had. Nice to hear someone say that out of the blue.

Ireland, it doesn't hurt. I've been getting them for years because my mom is a breast cancer survivor. It's just awkward positioning and trying to keep your arm fat out of the way and turn your head and hold your breath and all these different commands...so not painful (though I've had it hurt before) just a lot of steps and such.

Really happy for you! And so great that you’re staying on top of your health this way. My mom is bc survivor too, but I’ve never gotten one of these done. I’m thinking it’s a good year to start though.

Thanks, everyone. Newname- they wanted me to start ten years prior to my mom's age that the cancer was found. I believe she was 45 and I started having them at 35.

Yes- BK- I looked terrible yesterday- at the mammo and after but got a lot of compliments out of the blue. Must have decided subconsciously that I needed to eat more- because that's what I did yesterday. 🤷🏻♀️ You're looking great, BTW. Happy you check in once in awhile.
