This month's progress: Gym 28 out of 36 days. Wisconsin trip = 4 days without. Eating 1900-2000 calories. Lifting 6 days/week for 1 hour. Back and Biceps, Chest shoulders triceps, Legs and Abs- and repeat. Last time I measured was April 18th. Since April chest is -1", small part of waist -1.5", top fat roll -4.5", across navel -3.5", hips -3/4", thigh -1", bicep -1/4" calf is the same. These aren't my lowest measurements- April was just not a good month- no gym, extra calories, no motivation for home workouts. Very similar measurements to February which is fine because it means I have gotten back to baseline and everything from here on out is progress.
Since starting seriously working out and doing CICO: I am down 62.7 pounds, 5.75" from chest, 11" from natural waist, 14.25" from top fat roll, 11.5" across navel, 12.5" from hips, 6" from my thighs, 4" off calves, 3.5" off biceps, 2.25 from forearm. (I like to measure forearm and wrist for unknown reasons) Breathing easily in my size 10's. Cannot put any scale number for a goal because my muscle 💪🏻 is too unpredictable. Looking better, feeling better, and dreading the gym closing back up- I just have a sick feeling about it. Will remeasure Aug. 15.

even with the setbacks and unpredictability of the times your doing great. those numbers look good. nice work and a testimony to discipline outweighing constantly changing variables. control what u can and the rest falls in place. great work.

I forget to ask you...did you get the take-out Chinese food you were craving? I did, all the msg, rice and spring rolls bumped me up 2 lbs overnight!!

Paige- went to my mother in law's for her birthday so now I am waiting until the 26th for Chinese. :( Limiting myself to every 2 weeks to not be in a deficit. And thank you!

Princess!!!! What terrific progress! I know it might feel like you are just getting back to what you had, but how amazing to have such a significant change in the short time since getting back to the gym! You are a machine!
