For the past few weeks I've come off my keto diet; eating a lot of carbs, including wine and beer. The scale tells the tale. Two years of food monitoring and weight loss erased in a few weeks! Today is the first day of my re-commitment to get back on my program. This week, I'll work on >100g. carbs/day, following which I'll go down to 50.
My left hip is causing me pain, and will curtail my pickleball playing. In the queue for a hip x-ray.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Good luck getting back. It can be hard but keep your healthy goals in mind

i've fallen off the wagon in the past few weeks too. what pisses me off is i exercised like crazy, watched my carbs except for 2 special occasion days out of 6 and gained 4lb. which spiralled me mentally. So I started a 5 day fast today. I just have to do it.
