This picture on the right came up today as, "three years ago this week." My girls bought this blouse for me! It was for my youngest daughter's high school graduation. I am glad by adding a belt I can still wear it!

Did you follow a specific eating plan? I'm the same weight now as you were when you started. I've picked up 25lb in 4 months of being in USA and feels like even the water is making me fat. Would love your advise

Hi, Lindi! Welcome! In short, I figured out the calories I needed for loss of about 1 to 2 pounds a week. For me it was 1700 until I lost about 30 pounds. Then I dropped to closer to 1500 for the next 15 pounds. I tried to keep my protein at least above 80 grams a day (although now I try for 120) and my fiber around 30 grams a day. That is pretty much it. I avoided sugar for a whole, but I found if I just followed a calories in calories out plan it worked for me. I also walked a ton and then lifting weights. I honestly didn't believe it could happen that I could lose like I did. The people here made all the difference in the world to me. If you want, I am sure you can do it!!! 😁
