Two journal entries in one day. This morning I signed up to the gym in town that's open. I'm cheating on planet fitness. I started thinking that it may be very hard to get back into the swing of things. I was thinking maybe I'm just saying "oh I miss the gym" but I don't. But guess what... I do! I had a great workout. I did a little of everything and I didn't lose near the amount of strength that I thought I had. Saw a few people I know which made me feel more comfortable (and also motivated). I'm back at it and I'm thrilled! Yay me! 💪🏼❤️💪🏼❤️🏋️‍♀️

I know, Mike!! YAY!! The moment I have been waiting for. I feel sneaky and I am paying double what I paid for planet fitness. I know how you feel, Sharon! This isn't the gym I normally go to but I went there in the past and it definitely will work for now.

Did you ever find out more about your breathing troubles when running? I wish I could just run and not ever have to lift... 😁

I know, Shirfleur. I feel kinda silly for pushing it but hope I stay healthy. Melissa, I suddenly have plantars fasciitis so I can barely walk let alone run. 😢 it's ridiculous and I think part of what caused me to seek out the gym. I didn't feel so bad about not going when I was running or at least walking daily but the last few weeks have not been good as far as getting in some exercise. Thanks for asking. Definitely planning to see a doc one day to be checked for asthma.

Oh, Princess, I'm sorry! I've heard that is terrible pain. Take care of yourself! You have certainly inspired me to pick up my weights more... Such as they are. I have no idea when our gym will be open and my landscaping work in the yard has reached an end... My muscles are going to wither away if I don't get on it... 😭
