Woke at 232.3, up .6 from yesterday. Started with HIIT spinning, water, Premier Protein, and black coffee. Did a quick glucose and ketones check an hour after drinking the Protein drink. Was at 104 glucose and .2 ketones. Apparently a mini-spike from the protein drink. UPDATE: Went back to March 2015 food logs (when I was in the 190s) to see how I ate. It was 1900-2000 calories every day, but lower fat (under 70), moderate carbs (about 150), and high protein 180-220. I did 16:8 fasting but ate coconut oil every morning. My lunches were bigger than my dinners, but I ate more snacks (protein bars, apples, etc.) Crazy. I will be doing slight adjustments to see if I can replicate this. UPDATE: Good water movement today and got to 229.8 by 5 pm. Salmon and Brussels sprouts tonight. UPDATE: Jason ordered in from Coldstone Creamery and I let peer pressure get to me!
