Reminding myself why: I have a family history of stroke. Getting regualar exercise, eating well, and working on brain function are important factors in reducing stroke risk. More muscle mass is better as we age - we lose it, but if you have more of it then you are in better shape later. Looking to reduce inflammation from extra weight on my joints, as I already have some arthritic joints. Hope you are having a great week! I am trying to hang in there!
